About Pepper

Pepper learns things almost faster than you can teach them. Show him a new trick twice and he has it, then he looks up expecting the next one.

He is funny, opinionated and very attached to his people. He does need mental work every day. A bored Pepper will rearrange your cushions and look proud about it.

He suits an owner who enjoys training and will keep his mind busy. Give him that and he is a delight in a small space.

A day with Pepper

7:00 am - walk with sniffing time, which he considers essential 11:00 am - puzzle feeder 3:00 pm - training session, his favourite part of the day 7:00 pm - play, then a hard-won nap

Food and feeding

Works brilliantly for food, so much of his meal comes through training.

Care and grooming

Wire coat needs hand-stripping or clipping every 10 weeks. An hour of activity daily.
