About Maple

Maple greets everyone the same way: a slow tail wag, a lean against your leg, and then she waits to see what you would like to do.

She is gentle in a way that is hard to teach. Children can be loud around her and she simply blinks and settles closer. She walks well on a lead, travels calmly and has never once raided a bin.

Maple would suit a first-time owner beautifully. She asks for a walk, a routine and company, and gives back far more than she takes.

A day with Maple

7:00 am - breakfast, then a gentle walk 1:00 pm - a long nap somewhere central 5:30 pm - play in the garden, mostly gentle chaos 8:00 pm - sofa time, ideally with a person

Food and feeding

A steady routine suits her best. Not fussy, but loves carrot as a treat.

Care and grooming

Medium coat, brush twice a week. Around 45 minutes of walking a day.
